Winchcombe Green Town Facebook Group was set up in February 2021 by Winchcombe resident Chris Etchells, aiming 'to provide a forum to connect green-minded people in and around Winchcombe'. Then in November 2021 Chris and two Winchcombe friends - Tim Hall and Stu Pickles - arranged a public meeting at Abbey Fields Community Centre in Winchcombe to test public feeling about green issues. They were delighted when over 50 people showed up. And so Win Green Town was born.....
